Arizona Advanced Medicine is an association of primary care physicians who
emphasize prevention of disease, identification and management of health risk,
optimization of detoxification and organ functions, and lifestyle intervention in order to
extend quality years of life. Our physicians have over 75 years of combined clinical
experience. Although we treat all medical conditions, many patients are referred for
clinical protocols based on our clinical research. Major areas of clinical emphasis are
discussed in more detail on the following pages. Please click on the title that most

-
- We are leaders in researching this area of integrated medicine. (See Research and
Clinical Trials)
- Our research in thyroid, adrenal, and growth hormone has been presented to physicians in
venues all over the world. Use of estrogen and other sex hormones is assessed carefully to
optimize function and minimize risk. Everyone has a different set of events around how
they metabolize hormones and their genetic makeup. After careful measurement of functional
status and determination of associated risks, an individualized prescription, based on
your measurements and risk profile will be provided, if necessary.

- Natural Elimination of Allergy Therapy
Dr. Kail's clinically tested allergy symptom relief protocol: is natural and
non-invasive; requires no scratches, shots and bloodwork; requires avoidance for only 24
hours, and is inexpensive when compared to other allergy therapies. See Research to see
the peer-reviewed journal publication of our clinical outcomes using this protocol. 87.2%
good to excellent results, less than 1% poor results. People tested three years later were
doing well with no additional treatment. See Awards and Testimonials for a review
of Dr. Kail's book "Allergy Free".
- Lyme, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other Chronic
Infections
-
- Dr. Susser wrote an excellent book on chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic infections.
He has decades of experience in treating these conditions that many physicians don't even
acknowledge. It's not all in your head. You really do have a reason for being sick and
tired of being sick and tired. We can help you figure out all the contributing factors
that got you to where you are and work with you to design and implement a program to
recover.
-
- Chelation and IV Therapies
Dr. Susser was one of the founder's of the American College for Advancement in Medicine
and literally did help to write the original chelation protocols and specialty course and
exams. He has treated more patients with chelation and other intravenous therapies than
all but a very few physicians. He is an expert and an authority in this field.
Research
- The only way to know if your patients respond to a treatment protocol
is to track outcomes. We think that this is essential to making our medicine the best that
it can be for our patients. We have ongoing clinical trials in a variety of areas to test
the safety and efficacy of products and treatment protocols. Often, participation in a
clinical trial will save you some money. Depending on the trial you may
receive discounts or free: office visits, laboratory tests, and medication. If you are
interested in participating in a clinical outcomes trial, please click on the "Research" button to see entry criteria,
exclusion criteria and the protocol.
